Let’s talk about YOU.
If you’re thinking about upskilling, changing direction, or stepping into something new— your CV is where it starts.
But here’s the challenge:
How do you stand out when everyone is using the same templates, the same phrases, the same “team player” lines?
Your CV shouldn’t look like everyone else’s.
It should sound like YOU.
Not where you live. Not how you look.
What can you do? What value do you bring?
Think of your CV as your passport to opportunity.
It speaks before you do. So make it count.

Talking about yourself feels uncomfortable. You downplay your achievements. You hesitate.
But here’s the truth:
- If you don’t show your value—no one else will
- Small wins still count
- Confidence on paper leads to confidence in interviews
- Talking about yourself is like coming out from your comfort zone. Blow your trumpet I say, and let the employer see your potential. Don’t be afraid to talk about your achievements, successes whether personal or work related, small or big. Doesn’t matter. Really. This is about you, remember?
And yes, this is about YOU.
Your skills. Your growth. Your next step.
